Snow Valley is a mountain resort situated at the foot of Goryachaya Hill in the Upper-Paratunskaya valley 80 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. There is a prepared ski trail with a bar lift and a snow park not far from the base.
Descent is quite easy and perfectly suitable for beginners and those who’d like to limber up before hitting wild unprepared slopes. After riding the slopes we’ll have some rest at Snow Valley, dip in a hot pool and have lunch.
Gathering of the group
We meet at the appointed place and drive to Snow Valley mountain resort which is situated 20 km from Termalny Settlement. About half a kilometer from the base the Poperechnaya River flows and there is Goryachaya Hill towering nearby.
Transfer to the slope
After checking gear we drive to the prepared mountain ski trail.
Riding on a domestic slope
We ride down a prepared trail on the slope of Goryachaya Hill. A bar lift will take you to the altitude of 400 m, from where a view of snow-covered Kamchatka expanses and mountain tops opens. Those who feel confident can ride in a snow park. There are three kickers of different sizes, several rails and boxes.
Having ridden quite enough we return to the base.

Bathing in a pool
The most enjoyable thing after physical activity is relaxing in a hot pool and lunch, of course. There is an equipped pool and heated changing rooms in Snow Valley and lunch with hot meal.
Return to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky
