We meet at the appointed place, get acquainted with the group, check the gear and take the drive to Nachiki settlement where we switch to snowmobiles.

Banniye (Bath-house) Hot Springs are amazing, created by nature thermal springs in Kamchatka. The biggest field with thermal water is considered to be Bolshiye (Bigger) Banniye Springs which occupy the average area of 13 kilometers to the south of Nachikinskoye Lake. They include more than 550 boiling hot springs, sometimes they start to erupt like geysers. Bolshiye Banniye Springs in winter are the most pictorial: hot steam goes up over trees and accumulates on them, freezing on branches, that contrasts with warmed ground more than usual.

Departure to Banniye Springs
We undergo briefing about safety and driving a snowmobile, and set off on the way. The route leads on frozen Nachikinskoye Lake, passes by Vachkazhets Volcan and over a watershed pass to the valley of Bannaya River. We stop at all interesting spots, take pictures and get warm by drinking hot tea.

Bathing in hot springs
Lunch
There are two groups of hot springs located in the valley of the river: Maliye (Lesser) Banniye Springs and Bolshiye (Bigger) Banniye Springs. We drive to the Bigger group, bathe in hot healing water with the view of snow-covered mountains.

Way back
Well rested and bursting with strength we drive back by snowmobiles to the parking and return to the city.
